Technical support   To solve technical problems make sure to include a detailed step by step description of the problem you are having in addition to the following information: Program name Program version Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, XP version and service packs information CPU type and speed, amount of memory Which MIDI ports (as shown in the MIDI Ports dialog) are available on your system? Which MIDI ports are you using? Exact name of your sound card(s) and sound module(s) e.g. (MU10 connected to a Soundblaster32, "MPU401 MIDI In" / "MPU401 MIDI Out"). First, you must reproduce the bug. Also try to reproduce the bug in a standalone session (no other program is running). Next try to reproduce it with MIDI ports set to "NONE". After that make a step by step report so that I'm able to reproduce the bug. Also let me know the results of "standalone session" and ports set to "NONE" as mentioned above. Remember: if I can't reproduce a bug there is no way to eliminate it! Email rules   Because of tons of spams, viruses, trojans etc. I'm getting here are some rules to contact me by email: Emails with an empty subject or subject phrases like "Hello", "Hi", How are you", "Just a question", etc. will be automatically delete. Best is to refer to the Program you are having a question about like this: "XG-Wizard 1.33b question", "Driver problem with XG-Gold 3.00", "Question about EM-1 Editor 1.0" etc... Please send plain text emails - html emails will be automatically deleted, too. If you don't get an reply within 3 days, please check the email rules and resend your massage again - maybe my spam checker has eaten your previous email... To all users who haven't received an answer to their question: I've had several hard attacks on my system and lost a lot of data and emails, so please resend your message again if you still weren't able to solve the problem by yourself! And finally, some idiots are using my email address to send their spams around the world. I don't send spams and all my emails (no html, always plain text!) are signed with my nick name, so emails whithout my nick name signed aren't really sent by me!
